SM TM (collectively, “IDICO” SM TM or “We”) is a company that holds rights over certain proprietary distribution relationships, and is also engaged in the business of consulting and sourcing of products, engineering consulting services, transportation logistics services, and other delivery processes and formulas, distribution channels; and other customized services to procure and deliver mechanical equipment and machined products. As part of its business model, it operates an Internet-based e-commerce business portal, providing services and products, order fulfillment, consulting, and management services for its machinery-using clients who wish to use our services and alliance partners’ products in their global business operations.
