Types of Information IDICO May Collect About You

IDICO reserves the right to collect information that you provide to us or that we learn about you from your use of our Website, whether you access us directly or through linked Websites, or otherwise have consented and disclosed to us under an independent agreement. We may receive and store information that you enter on one or more of the Websites or that you otherwise provide to us.

For example, you may provide us with information when you request more information about us or about our products and services on the Website, request a product or service, enter into a written agreement (online or otherwise) with us, or make a customer service request or inquiry for an auxiliary product or service.

As a result of those actions, you may provide us with information such as your name, age, address, telephone number, email address, credit/debit card or bank account information, corporate or tax business identification number, business identification number(s), driver’s license, insurance coverage information, service or product preferences, information about licensed users in your office, etc.

We also automatically receive and store certain types of information each time you visit our site. We may also receive information about you from other sources, such as contacting you regarding special offers that we believe will be of interest to you, and we may add that information to the information we collect about you.

How We Use Information About You

We may use the general identifying information we have collected about you or from you to provide you with our company’s products and other services or those of related companies, to respond to customer inquiries and complaints, to maintain and collect payment on your account with us, to enforce your agreements with us, and to provide you with promotional and marketing information about products and services we believe may be of interest to you, or to market our products, services, and brand.
We do not sell your information to third parties for any reason. We do not disclose your information to unrelated third parties who wish to offer their own products and services unless you have requested or authorized us to do so.

We may share your personal information with third parties or related entities when it is necessary to provide you with the services you have requested, to collect payment, or to perform something you have asked us to do.

By accessing and using this site, you understand and agree that at some point we may share your information with third-party vendors with whom we have an independent business alliance—companies with whom we do business to improve the services and products we offer to you. In such case, you agree to indemnify us for any damages that occur as a result of any breach by one of our third-party vendors.

We may disclose personal information about our customers as specifically agreed upon by you and us in a separate agreement, as permitted or required by law, to protect against fraud or security risks, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy of our company, if applicable.

IDICO may be required to disclose your personal information if:
(i) it believes it is reasonably necessary to comply with relevant laws (we reserve the sole discretion to determine what is “relevant”), legal processes such as a court order, subpoena, or search warrant, or other legal requirements from any governmental authority;
(ii) it may potentially mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit;
(iii) it is necessary to protect our rights or property; or
(iv) it is necessary to protect your interests or those of other users of our Website or services.

If IDICO files for bankruptcy or merges with another company, or if IDICO decides to buy, sell, or reorganize part or all of its business, IDICO may be required to disclose your personal information to prospective or actual buyers, or receive personal information from sellers. It is the practice of IDICOics to seek appropriate protection for information disclosed or received in such types of transactions. However, IDICO cannot guarantee that the IDICOics Privacy Policy will remain unchanged if IDICO is sold or merged with another company. By accessing this Website or any affiliate of our site, you agree to these terms.

In summary, we will not share your personal information with third parties unless:

it is or becomes necessary to allow our product and service vendors or agents to provide services to us;

it is or becomes necessary to provide you with our products and services or to contact you for that purpose;

it is being shared with other related affiliates or subsidiaries (if any) of IDICO;

it is in connection with the sale, merger, bankruptcy, or insolvency of our business;

it is or becomes necessary to process payments from you;

it is or becomes necessary to investigate potential fraud or security breaches; or

otherwise, as required by law.

IDICO collects and may use your personal information in various other ways:

Website Usage. IDICO, or IDICO’s authorized service providers with whom we have or may establish a business relationship, may now or in the future—due to new business developments—observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system) related to your use of our Website. While we may collect or record this information, we generally do not identify or match this information with your other personal information. We may use this collected or recorded information to provide better service, make the Website easier for our customers to use, track Website usage, and address security risks. IDICO, or one of our authorized service providers, may also use this information to track aggregated traffic patterns on our Website. We may use aggregated, statistical information to describe our customer audience, products, and services, and to develop partnerships with third parties to offer products and services we believe our customers will be interested in.

We may disclose anonymous, non-specific, and non-personal information at any time to anyone of our choosing, including but not limited to external vendors or other third parties for business and marketing purposes. For example, we may provide information to advertisers and business partners about the size and demographic composition of our user base.

Online or Offline Transactions.
You may be required to share personal information to open a web account, for your web profile to complete a transaction with us, or when using our Website. For example, when you request and instruct IDICO to facilitate the fulfillment and delivery of IDICO or affiliated products or services for you via the Internet through our Website, by phone, or otherwise, or when you create a user ID and password for account membership or to receive our correspondence, reports, or other materials, you may be asked to provide the necessary information to complete your order, contact you to confirm the order, and provide related customer service. This information is used, for example, to carry out your transactions, create and share aggregated reports about those transactions, and perform financial fraud detection services for transactions between you and IDICO and/or our authorized service providers. If we determine that certain additional transactions may be conducted online in the future, we will notify you and continue assisting in protecting your account information with us.

Minors.

By accessing this Website, you—and all those listed under your authorized users’ profile with us—have certified that each person is 18 years of age or older (or any older age required to enter into a legally binding contract). Any individual under eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum required age in such country, if greater than 18 (a “Minor”), should not access or use this Website, submit any personal information to IDICO, or direct that such information be submitted. If a Minor submits information through any part of IDICOics’ Website or provides such information to IDICO, and we become aware that the person submitting the information is a Minor, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. Since we do not knowingly collect any personal information from Minors, we do not use or disclose such information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies to all customers/clients under United States law.

This Privacy Policy applies to customer relationships established in the United States, whether users are physically present within the United States or abroad. Although our Website is intended for visitors worldwide, our Website originates from and is deemed to be hosted in the United States. Certain parts of this Privacy Policy may not apply to individuals visiting our Website from outside the United States because, for example, such jurisdictions may have privacy laws that differ from those in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. privacy and data protection laws—and may be more stringent than U.S. laws—by visiting our Website and providing us with personal information, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer and processing of your personal information in the United States.

Under the laws of some states in the United States, residents of those states have the legal right to request certain business-related information from companies with which the customer has an established business relationship. This information includes: the name, email, and mailing address of the business, and the type of services provided to the customer that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliated entities that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, please email or write to us at the addresses listed below.

In the event of a breach of the confidentiality or security of your information in our systems, we may attempt to notify you as necessary via email or other means so that you can take appropriate protective measures. By using our Website or providing us with personal information, you agree that we may contact you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues related to your use of our site or your account with us. Unless you indicate otherwise, or we agree with you on other terms in a written agreement, we may notify you using the most recent email address you have provided to us.

What are cookies and how does IDICO use them?

We may use “cookies” to collect or record certain information. A cookie is a small piece of information that a website stores on a personal computer or mobile device and can later retrieve. We may use cookies for some administrative purposes—for example, to store our partners’ preferences for certain types of products or services, or to store a password so you don’t have to re-enter it each time you visit our Website. Cookies will not contain information that would allow anyone to contact our customers by phone, email, or any other means. If our customers feel uncomfortable with the use of cookie technology, they can set their browsers to reject cookies. Some of our services, however, may depend on cookies, and our customers may disable those services by refusing cookies.

Intended Use of Links to Third-Party Sites and Websites Bearing the IDICO Brand or Referenced on the IDICO Website(s)

Although not contemplated for the immediate future, our Website may in the future, as a result of marketing strategies and efforts (whether for marketing communications, contests, special offers, sweepstakes, or other promotions), contain links to or from third-party websites, some of which may provide services related to IDICOics’ services, and some of which may simply advertise unrelated products or services.
Please note, however, that IDICO is not and will not be responsible for and cannot and does not control the privacy policies or practices of these other sites, and you agree to indemnify us for any damages suffered as a result of the use of such third-party sites, as stated elsewhere herein. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of these other websites, as they may differ from ours.

Our Website may also, in the foreseeable future, contain links to or from sites that display the IDICO brand and/or the IDICOics logo, or copyrighted materials, product names, product trademarks, service marks, or logos of IDICOics, but are maintained by third parties.
Such websites may be identified by not displaying a primary URL of “idico.com” (or similar). Please read the privacy policy on those sites to understand the applicable privacy practices regarding personal information collected through those websites, as they may differ from the privacy practices of IDICOics. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected by IDICO.

Contact Preferences and Access to Your Personal Information
